Social Media for Hotels

One of my areas of expertise is social media management and content creation for hotels and hotel groups; helping them to use social media in a way that generates significantly more awareness and guest bookings.

 

Past and present clients include MarBella Collection Greece, Historic Sussex Hotels, Healing Hotels of the World, Les Bordes Estate, The Good Hotel Guide and Riad Elegancia.

 

My passion for hotels is further reflected in my management of a successful TikTok account dedicated to showcasing wow-factor hotels, alongside my hotel review contributions to The Hotel Guru.

Social Media Management 

  • Creating a social media strategy and structured editorial calendar based on a hotel/hotel group’s objectives.

  • Management of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube.

  • Scheduling all content, including reels and stories.

  • Community management.

  • Engaging with target audiences and growing followers.

  • Setting up small paid ad campaigns on social media channels that increases followers, website traffic and sales leads.

  • Producing monthly analytical reports to demonstrate the growth of the social media channels, including top performing content, increase in followers, audience reach/engagement statistics and sales leads.

Content Creation 

  • Filming and editing content of hotels, including reels and stories, to publish on a hotel/hotel group’s social media channels (ad hoc or quarterly packages available where I visit hotels for content capture).

  • Content is always attention-grabbing, aspirational and incorporating any current trends; presented in a way that makes the viewer imagine they are the one staying at the hotel and want to book a stay/follow the social media channels.

  • Designing graphics for social media.

Dedicated TikTok Support

  • Helping hotels to establish an impactful presence on TikTok, including strategy support and ongoing or temporary management of the account.

Social Media Audit & Training

  • Creating an analysis of a hotel/hotel group’s social media activity and a plan of practical recommendations, including important tips and tricks for social media success.

  • An in-person meeting or phone call to discuss the audit and answer any questions. 

  • Ongoing support is available too.
