Daily management of social media channels
  • Creating a social media strategy and structured editorial calendar based on a brand's objectives.
  • Management of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube.
  • Generating and sharing all content, including lifestyle photography, creating graphics, live-streaming and Instagram/Facebook Stories.
  • Checking and responding to all notifications, including customer questions.
  • Engaging with target audiences and growing followers.
  • Setting up advertising on social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram advertising that increases followers, website traffic and sales leads.
Reporting to demonstrate ROI
  • Producing monthly analytical reports to demonstrate the growth of clients' social media channels, including the increase in followers, audience reach/engagement statistics, sales leads and the results of advertising.
Social media training
  • Creating an analysis of a brand's current social media activity and a plan of practical recommendations, including important tips and tricks. Training includes an in-person meeting or phone call to discuss the plan and answer any questions. 
Influencer marketing
  • Setting up partnerships/product reviews with Instagram influencers on behalf of brands.
  • Identifying and contacting the 'right' type of influencer that will genuinely make an impact on sales and awareness.
  • Creating agreements for influencers to sign that outline exactly what content they will share to promote the product and any associated fee.
  • Writing and providing the influencer with a fact sheet about the brand.
